Yesterday we took the bus to see my cousin Anita and her husband Sven Ake. We spent the entire day, just visiting. Food was fantastic as usual, some of those Swedish buns with Swedish cheeses and seafood salad, and real Swedish pate, mmmmm what a treat. In the evening we had one of my very favourites here Varm Rökt Lax..... ( A large salmon from Norway that is slowly smoked using different types of wood chips, until the fish is totally cooked ) to die for.....
